Access Requirements: Our VIP Entrance Hire equipment cannot be taken up or down stairs, lift access is required if the equipment is to be used above or below the ground floor. If you believe that access or set up area may be a problem due to uneven surfaces, long distance to set up area, obstructions, or other variables, please let us know in your enquiry.

What's included in the VIP Entrance?

Do you have a smaller size?
Yes. Our VIP Entrance is also available as a 1m by 3m.
Can it be used outside?
Yes, on a hard, level surface in dry weather, or outdoors under cover. In wet weather we recommend setting it up indoors or under a marquee.
How much space do I need?
Allow a flat, clear walkway of about 6ft wide by 32ft long. The equipment can't go up or down stairs, so lift access is needed if your event isn't on the ground floor.
Do I need staff?
No. Our team sets it up before your guests arrive and collects it afterwards.
