Prices & what's included
What is interactive games hire?
Interactive games hire brings hands-on, competitive games to your event, from reaction walls and motion-controlled simulators to money machines, prize games and photo booths. We deliver the games, set them up, check everything is working and collect them at the end.
How much does interactive games hire cost?
Our interactive games start from £295 + VAT, depending on the game and the length of your hire. Bigger attractions like the iWall simulators, racing simulators and driving simulators are priced individually.
Delivery is charged separately based on your event location, and each area has a minimum spend. Send us your event details and we'll put together a full, no-obligation quote.
What's included with your interactive games hire?
Every interactive game comes with:
- The game, cleaned and safety checked
- Delivery, set up and collection by our team, with a quick demo of how it works
- £5 million public liability insurance, a risk assessment and method statement
Hire periods vary by game and are shown on each product page. You can add extra hours, staff, leaderboards and branding when you book.
Do I need staff to run the games?
It depends on the game. Some, like our 360 Photobooth, include a member of our team, while others need adult supervision from your side. Staffing is shown on each product page, and you can add a member of our team to run any game for £50 + VAT per hour, which we recommend for busy exhibitions and anything with prizes.
Choosing your games
Which interactive games can we hire?
Test reactions on Batak Pro, the Catch It Reaction Ring, Strike a Light, Splat the Rat and Beat the Buzzer, or steady your nerves on the Mega Buzz Wire and Crack the Code.
Our motion-controlled iWall runs the Football, American Football, Tennis, Ski and Disc Golf simulators. You can also race head to head on our Racing Simulator or Driving Simulator, or bowl a few frames on our Skittle Alley.
For arcade favourites, add our retro Arcade Machine, Dance Machine, Air Hockey Table, Punch Bag Machine, Arcade Basketball, Interactive Arcade Basketball, Basketball Shootout or Interactive Darts.
To draw a crowd, add a Cash Grabber, Grab a Grand, Prize Crane or Ballnado Grabber, and capture the fun with our 360 Photobooth or Selfie Pod.
Which interactive games are best for exhibitions?
The best exhibition games are quick to play, easy to understand and fun to watch. Batak Pro, the iWall and our racing simulators work brilliantly with a leaderboard, while the Cash Grabber, Prize Crane and Strike a Light give visitors a reason to stop and give your team a reason to start a conversation. Short games keep the queue moving, so more visitors reach your stand.
Are interactive games good for team building?
Yes. Reaction games, buzz wires and simulators bring out everyone's competitive side, and a live leaderboard turns a few games into a full tournament. They're a simple way to get teams mixing at conferences, away days, staff parties and Christmas events.
Can we add a leaderboard?
Yes. Many of our games are perfect for a competition. Keep score with a Magnetic Leaderboard, a Branded Leaderboard with your logo and colours, or a Digital Leaderboard, and award a prize for the top score of the day.
Can the interactive games be branded?
Many of our games can be branded with your logo or campaign artwork, from the Branded Strike a Light and Branded Mega Buzz Wire to branded panels on the Cash Grabber and Prize Crane, and screen surrounds on the Racing Simulator. Design is free, and our in-house team prints, fits and removes the branding for you.
Booking & delivery
What space and power do the games need?
Most of our interactive games need a standard 13amp socket within reach, and some, like the driving simulator, need two. They're designed for indoor use or a covered outdoor area on a flat, hard surface. Space and power details are listed on each product page, and we'll check everything fits when you ask for a quote.
Are you insured, and is your equipment maintained?
We hold £5 million public liability insurance, and all of our equipment is routinely cleaned, maintained and safety checked so it arrives at your event in excellent condition.
Where do you deliver?
We're based in the East Midlands and provide interactive games hire across the whole of the UK, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Sheffield, Leicester, Bristol and Liverpool, and exhibition venues such as ExCeL London and the NEC.
Don't see your area? Send us your event details and we'll let you know.
Is there a minimum spend or delivery fee?
Yes. Each area has a minimum spend and a delivery fee, both based on the distance to your event, the number of vehicles and staff needed, and travel time. We keep delivery costs as low as we can so more of your budget goes on entertainment.
