How It Works
Drivers take their seat in a high-performance race car and line up on a famous British circuit. The simulators run Assetto Corsa Competizione, one of the most realistic racing games around, so the handling, braking and force feedback feel just like the real thing.
Race head to head as a full grid, or run a fastest-lap challenge where each driver gets up to 8 minutes to set their quickest clean lap. Some stay for the full 8 minutes to master the circuit, while others hand over the wheel after 2 to 3 minutes, and everyone watching gets to see who is quickest.

Everyone thinks they're the best driver in the room. Now they can prove it. Every driver races the same car on the same track, and only clean laps count, so cutting corners won't help. Lap times are directly comparable and the leaderboard is fair, which makes our driving simulators ideal for team challenges, knockout rounds, department-versus-department competitions and a prize for the fastest driver of the day.

Access Requirements: Our Racing Simulators cannot be taken up or down stairs, lift access is required if the equipment is to be used above or below the ground floor. Driving simulator hire brings professional race sims to your event. This package includes four linked simulators, each with an authentic cockpit, force feedback steering wheel, pedals and HD screen, so four guests can race at the same time and compete for the fastest lap.
How realistic are the driving simulators?
Very. Our simulators run Assetto Corsa Competizione, and we've made them as realistic as possible, from the force feedback in the wheel and pedals to the immersive visuals and engine sounds. Drivers take a high-performance race car around a famous British circuit, and it feels just like stepping into a real race car cockpit.
How does the fastest-lap competition work?
Each driver gets up to 8 minutes to set their fastest clean lap. Everyone races the same car on the same track and only clean laps count, so cutting corners won't help. Lap times are directly comparable and the leaderboard is fair, making it perfect for team challenges and a prize for the fastest driver.
How many people can use it?
Four people can drive at once, one per simulator. Sessions are short, so around 48 drivers an hour can have a go. For smaller events, our Racing Simulator Hire includes 2 simulators, and we can also supply 1 or 3 on request.
Can all four drivers race each other at the same time?
Yes. All four simulators are linked together, so drivers can see each other on the same track and race wheel to wheel, or take turns setting the fastest clean lap for the leaderboard. It's the perfect setup for head-to-head races, knockout rounds and team challenges.
What age is the driving simulator suitable for?
Our driving simulators are recommended for ages 8 and over. The seat slides forward so younger drivers can reach the pedals, making it great fun for families as well as adults.
Why are driving simulators good for corporate events?
Traditional activities can struggle to get everyone involved, but almost everyone wants a go on a driving simulator. With four seats, they're perfect for team challenges and department-versus-department competitions, and a real crowd-puller at exhibitions, trade shows and product launches.
Can the driving simulators be branded?
Yes. Our Branded Screen Surrounds put your logo, event branding or campaign artwork around the screens for £75 + VAT per screen, so your brand is in front of every driver and everyone watching. You design it, we print it, fit it and remove it after your event. Please book early to allow time for printing, as branded items are paid in full when you book.
Can we add a leaderboard?
Yes. Choose a Magnetic Leaderboard (£75 + VAT) next to the simulators, a Branded Leaderboard (£175 + VAT) with your logo and colours, or a Digital Leaderboard (£495 + VAT) for a slick, professional finish. Only clean laps count, so every time on the board is fair.
Is staff included?
Our professional, friendly team delivers and sets up the simulators to make sure everything runs smoothly. Staff to run the simulators during your event are not included as standard, and adult supervision is required at all times. You can add a member of our team to run the simulators and the leaderboard for £50 + VAT per hour.
What space and power do I need?
The four simulators need a space of around 16.5ft x 6.5ft and two standard 13amp sockets within 30m. They must be used indoors or under cover on a flat surface, and they can't be carried up or down stairs, so we'll need lift access if your event isn't on the ground floor.

Our driving simulator hire covers the whole of the UK from our East Midlands base, with delivery charged based on your event location.
