How It Works
Drivers take their seat in a high-performance race car, line up on a famous British circuit and race the colleague in the next cockpit. The simulators run Assetto Corsa Competizione, one of the most realistic racing games around, so every bump, brake and corner feels like the real thing.
Each session gives drivers up to 8 minutes to set their fastest clean lap. Some stay for the full 8 minutes to master the circuit, while others hand over the wheel after 2 to 3 minutes, and everyone watching gets to see who is quickest.

Access Requirements: Our Racing Simulators cannot be taken up or down stairs, lift access is required if the equipment is to be used above or below the ground floor. Racing simulator hire brings professional race sims to your event. This package includes two racing simulators side by side, each with an authentic cockpit, force feedback steering wheel, pedals and HD screen, so guests can race each other and compete for the fastest lap.
How realistic are the racing simulators?
Very. Our simulators run Assetto Corsa Competizione, and we've made them as realistic as possible, from the force feedback in the wheel and pedals to the immersive visuals and engine sounds. Drivers take a high-performance race car around a famous British circuit, and it feels just like stepping into a real race car cockpit.
How does the fastest-lap competition work?
Each driver gets up to 8 minutes to set their fastest clean lap. Everyone races the same car on the same track and only clean laps count, so cutting corners won't help. Lap times are directly comparable and the leaderboard is fair, making it perfect for a competition with a prize for the quickest driver.
How many people can use it?
It's a two player game, one driver per simulator. Sessions are short, so around 24 drivers an hour can have a go. Need more? Our Driving Simulator Hire links 4 simulators together, and we can also supply 1 or 3 on request.
What age is the racing simulator suitable for?
Our racing simulators are recommended for ages 8 and over. The seat slides forward so younger drivers can reach the pedals, making it great fun for families as well as adults.
Why are racing simulators good for corporate events?
Traditional activities can struggle to get everyone involved, but almost everyone wants a go on a racing simulator. They're a brilliant ice-breaker for team building, bring out some friendly competition at office parties, and are a real crowd-puller at exhibitions, trade shows and product launches.
Can the racing simulators be branded?
Yes. Our Racing Simulator Branded Screen Surrounds put your logo, event branding or campaign artwork around the screens for £75 + VAT per screen, so your brand is in front of every driver and everyone watching. You design it, we print it, fit it and remove it after your event. Please book early to allow time for printing, as branded items are paid in full when you book.
Can we add a leaderboard?
Yes. Choose a Magnetic Leaderboard (£75 + VAT) next to the simulators, a Branded Leaderboard (£175 + VAT) with your logo and colours, or a Digital Leaderboard (£495 + VAT) for a slick, professional finish. Only clean laps count, so every time on the board is fair.
Is staff included?
Our professional, friendly team delivers and sets up the simulators to make sure everything runs smoothly. Staff to run the simulators during your event are not included as standard, and adult supervision is required at all times. You can add a member of our team to run the simulators and the leaderboard for £50 + VAT per hour.
What space and power do I need?
The two simulators need a space of around 11ft x 6.5ft and one standard 13amp socket within 30m. They must be used indoors or under cover on a flat surface, and they can't be carried up or down stairs, so we'll need lift access if your event isn't on the ground floor.

Our racing simulator hire covers the whole of the UK from our East Midlands base, with delivery charged based on your event location.
