How the Branding Works
When you book, we'll send you the artwork template for each part you choose. You design it, we print it, we fit it before your event and we remove it afterwards, so there's nothing for you to install or take down. Branded items are paid in full when you book, so please book as early as you can to allow time for printing.

Access Requirements: Our Racing Simulators cannot be taken up or down stairs, lift access is required if the equipment is to be used above or below the ground floor. If you believe that access or set up area may be a problem due to uneven surfaces, long distance to set up area, obstructions, or other variables, please let us know in your enquiry.

What is Branded Racing Simulator?
It's our pair of racing simulators with your branding around the screens. Two drivers race each other side by side on the same track.
How much does it cost to brand?
The price shown is for the hire. Branding is added on top: the Simulator Branded Screen Surround (Per Screen) is £75 + VAT.
Who designs the artwork?

Drivers take their seat, pick a car and race on a famous circuit. The simulators run Assetto Corsa Competizione with force feedback steering, so every corner feels real.

What power does it need?
One standard 13amp socket within 30m. The simulators can't go up or down stairs, so lift access is needed if your event isn't on the ground floor.
Is staff included?
Staff aren't included as standard. Your own team can run it, or you can add a member of our team for £50 + VAT per hour.
Where do you deliver?
We supply Branded Racing Simulator Hire across the UK from our East Midlands base, with delivery charged based on your event location.
