How the Branding Works
When you book, we'll send you the artwork template for each part you choose. You design it, we print it, we fit it before your event and we remove it afterwards, so there's nothing for you to install or take down. Branded items are paid in full when you book, so please book as early as you can to allow time for printing.
Fill It With Your Prizes
Fill the capsules with product samples, discount codes, merchandise or a golden-ticket prize. It's a brilliant way to reward people for visiting your stand or signing up.

Access Requirements: Our Gashapon Machines cannot be taken up or down stairs, lift access is required if the equipment is to be used above or below the ground floor (Please contact us for the minimum lift size). What is Branded Gashapon Machine?
It's our gashapon capsule machine with your logo on the dome and base. Guests turn the handle to reveal a mystery capsule.
How much does it cost to brand?
The price shown is for the hire. Branding is added on top: the Gashapon Branded Dome Logo is £125 + VAT and the Gashapon Branded Base Logo is £125 + VAT. Choose any combination.
Who designs the artwork?
You do. When you book, we'll send you the artwork template for each part you're branding. You design it, then we print it, fit it before your event and remove it afterwards.
When do I need to book branding?
Please book as early as you can to allow time for printing. Branded items are paid in full when you book.
How does it work?
Guests use a token to turn the handle and a capsule drops out. Each capsule holds a surprise, which can be your own samples, vouchers or prizes.
What power does it need?
One standard 13amp socket within 30m.
Is staff included?
Staff aren't included as standard. Your own team can run it, or you can add a member of our team for £50 + VAT per hour.
Where do you deliver?
We supply Branded Gashapon Machine Hire across the UK from our East Midlands base, with delivery charged based on your event location.
