How much space do I need for the Santa’s Grotto Meet & Greet Area?
Our Santa’s Grotto setup is designed to be flexible and can be adapted to suit a wide range of venues. As a guide, the carpet area is 3m x 4m, however it is important to allow extra space for us to build up the area as well as for queue management. Our grotto is height adjustable for it can be suitable for small height venues. If you're unsure, our team can advise the best layout for your event.
Is father christmas included with the grotto hire?
As standard the grotto is supplied without a professional father christmas. If you need Santa Claus, we work with experienced entertainers who are perfect for meet-and-greets, photo moments, and engaging with children and families. We can also supply Mrs Claus and Elves.
Do you provide staff to manage the grotto?
Not as standard, although we can supply friendly event staff to assist with queues, manage the flow of guests, support Santa, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is especially popular for shopping centres, corporate events, and large community events.
Do you offer photography services with the grotto?
We can supply professional photographers, who can offer instant photo printing or instant digital download options. Perfect for creating a memorable keepsake for guests. If this is required please get in touch.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 45–90 minutes, depending on your chosen package and venue access. Our team handles everything—from unloading to full styling—so you can focus on the event.
Is the Santa’s Grotto Meet & Greet Area suitable for outdoor events?
Unfortunately as the grotto is open roofed it isn't suitable for outdoor areas unless under a large cover more than 3x4m.
